Selina’s fitness journey began in 2018 after an extensive postpartum injury to her left leg—a challenge that made rebuilding strength anything but easy. Through patience, consistency, and grit, she learned firsthand what it takes to overcome significant strength deficits and come back stronger.

As she rebuilt her strength, Selina also stepped into the unfamiliar world of cardiovascular training. What began as short walks on a treadmill gradually grew into increased endurance and improved VO₂ capacity. Since then, she has completed three 50K races and earned top female in her age group in a 21K trail run. For this Irish girl, that journey became a powerful path of self-discovery, resilience, and growth.

Driven by her experience, Selina developed a deep appreciation for proper technique and strong foundational mechanics. Her passion led her to complete the StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor Level One certification, further solidifying her commitment to high-quality coaching.

Selina believes that movement is medicine—and she’s passionate about helping others experience the physical and mental transformation that comes from intentional training.
